1. HOW TO BECOME A CUSTOMER WITH US
Should be min 18 years of age, require delivery in our coverage area and have a credit or debit card acceptable to us in your name. We store your personal information in a secure way and will remain as long as you are registered with us. We reserve the right to decline any order or to suspend your Account with with YourLocalButchers.co.uk is at our discretion.
2. YOUR CONTRACT WITH YourLocalButchers.co.uk
YourLocalButchers.co.uk is an online platform. A legally binding contract with YourLocalButchers.co.uk will only arise once we have completed delivery of the goods to you.
When you have placed the order online from our site and if for any reason you have entered an incorrect email address and receive no email purchase confirmation and/or any other details are incorrect then its your duty to contact us to amend your details and we can not be held responsible for the entering of incorrect information or your email service provider spam filtration.
3. CHANGING OR CANCELLING THE ORDER OR CONTRACT
If you like to cancel or change any order we have to be notified within 1 hour of the receipt of the order. You can email us on info@YourLocalButchers.co.uk to make changes to your order. If for any reason your order is unavailable for any reason, we shall notify you and we will either send a replacement product with your order, or arrange a full refund
4. DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
We aim to deliver all orders within the time frame mentioned in the listing. For cooked orders will take time and details of the time frame will be mentioned in the email. As the food items we supply are Perishable, the responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that the parcel is accepted on the day of delivery. If an attempt was made to deliver and was failed due to nobody being present at the primary delivery address, then the responsibility and liability for the loss of goods lies with the customer, in this respect no claim can be made against YourLocalButchers.co.uk
If at the time of delivery no one is available at the main delivery address (nominated by you at the time you place your order) to take delivery of the order, we will leave notification of where the item is available for you to collect from (e.g: neighbour, local post office etc.).
When we deliver your order we require a signature. If for any reason no one opens the door at the primary delivery address or you ask us to leave your goods unattended at a secure place, YourLocalButchers.co.uk expressly disclaims all liability that may arise in consequence of the delivery being left unattended, including, without limitation, theft, tampering or contamination, however caused. If the order is refused or not accepted at a recipient's address, we can not take responsibility for this and can not offer a free replacement box.
5. IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE
We aim to offer our customers the best service and we guarantee the quality of all our goods. However customers must inspect the goods upon delivery and if there is an issue it must be raised immediately so we can investigate and have it corrected. The complaints will be dealt with quickly as possible. If the customer raises a complaint after the time frame then unfortunately, as our products are perishable we are unable to accept the return of any produce delivered to you.
6. WHAT YourLocalButchers.co.uk WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
YourLocalButchers.co.uk will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of loss of profits arising out of our supply or failure to supply your order with us. It must be noted that there nothing in this Agreement shall in any way limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our breach of contract, tort or negligence nor limit any legal rights you have as a consumer. These products are sold on the basis that you are consumer and we will not be responsible or liable for any special losses you might suffer from using, distribution or reselling the products or goods as part of a business. Further more We shall not be liable for goods once they have been delivered to the address or secure place stated in your order.
We ensure all packaging reaches our customers in good condition but its customers duty to ensure that all food items are refrigerated as soon as its delivered. If you plan to move or deliver or transport the food to another address we will not be liable if you or any 3rd party might do with the perishable item.
7. ALLERGIES
If you suffer from any allergies then its customers responsibility to contact us on advice. Some of our products may contain traces of nuts and other allergens. We will ensure that the contents of each box are clearly listed on our website but it is your responsibility to ensure that you have read the information. If you require further information on allergens, please contact us.
8. DELETION OF YOUR ENTIRE ACCOUNT
If you like us to delete your entire account and details just contact us via email and we will get this done quickly as possible.
9. GENERAL TERMS OF SALES
Please do note we cannot be held liable for delays or failures to perform our obligations if that delay of failure arises from events beyond our reasonable control. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales and both parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
