In the world of social media so many people at home are experimenting with different styles of cooking chicken. With the amount of feeds and social media notifications it having an affect with chefs and cooks experimenting with new ideas some which go great and some which may be not so. In the age of online shopping its so easy to now order ingredients delivered next day so that you can cook what you like with your huge social media inspired imagination.
There are number of ways to prepare your chicken depending you how you like your food serve whether its with spice or just with salt.
The best seasoning for chicken is 3 tablespoons salt I used coarse or 1 tablespoon black ground pepper I used restaurant style. ½ teaspoon dry parsley. ½ teaspoon onion powder. ¼ teaspoon dried thyme. ½ teaspoon dry oregano. 1 teaspoon granulated garlic. 1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika.
By far the best is to season a chicken is with a marinade. Once you are ready to you can sprinkle your favourite flavours on the uncooked chicken and it that good old rub so that it really sticks to the meat. If on the other hand you have cooked the chicken, just put a small amount of your seasonings over the cooked chicken before you serve it - my favourite are dried herbs which it that beautiful aroma!
